policies SHIPPING We currently can only process and ship orders that are within the United States. We ship via Federal Express Ground to all locations within the United States. Please allow 10 business days for your order to be delivered. Upon shipment of your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation via e-mail that will contain your Federal Express tracking number. Oversized and irregularly shaped items may require special shipping methods and additional handling charges. If the shipping cost exceeds the price quoted online, we will call before shipping. For expedited shipping, please call our store at 504-269-8711 to confirm availability and shipping costs. RETURNS If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 10 business days for a full refund of the purchase price of each item (exluding any shipping and handling charges or any applicable sales tax).
